Existence criteria called 'mind-independency' or very similar have very often been stated. However, people using these terms actually have very different things in mind, and most of the statements are in our view inaccurate, if not plainly false.

Mind-Independency:

An entity exists only if it exists independently of our minds.

Comments:

This criterion is often construed in ways which we find either inaccurate or outrightly false. In our view it should be construed as what we call 'Representation-Independency'

Representation-Independency:

An entity exists only if it exists independently of our representations (or, of being represented, or, more narrowly, of anyone's having a mental attitude to the effect that it exists).
